Auto-Sync
Never lose your favorite exercises. You can now sync your data to the Cloud so that you can never lose a saved Exercise or Routine even if your iPhone is lost. Please enter your email address in the first screen to receive an OTP (One Time Password) in your email account. Enter the OTP in the OTP screen to activate the Auto-Sync feature.

You need to concentrate on your exercise and nothing else. The Count My Reps app is the only way to go - you focus on your exercise and the app will count your reps and let you know when to rest and start again.
